Thank you for ordering in “greenstudioshop” online shop. By accessing in our online shop, you are agreed to accept all the Terms and Conditions that stated in here.

Ordering Terms:

Once order received through our online store, we will contact the purchaser through email or whatsapp.
All confirmed orders are non-refundable.

Delivery Terms:

Delivery method: All orders will be delivered by SF Express paid by the receiver.
When placing orders, must provide contact phone number which could be for whatsapp for order confirmation and arrangement.
After the parcels sent, we will inform purchaser with courier details (such as Airway bill and delivery date) by Whatsapp or Email.
Green Studio HK reserves all right to refuse providing services to anyone without prior notice, and for any misconduct that Green Studio HK, its sole discretion, believes is in violation of any applicable law or is harmful to Green Studio HK or a third party.

Replacement/ Return

After order confirmed and payment made, purchasers cannot cancel order. All fees are non-refundable.
For any products out of stock, we will refund the payment to the purchaser in 7 business days.
If the delivered products were damaged during transportation, please contact us within 2 days after receipt of parcels. Any reports after 2 days will be dismissed.
The original invoice must be present for any replacement/return of products, each item can only be replaced once.
We will contact purchaser for arrangement on replacement/return, subject to product stock availability.
Green Studio HK reserves all rights on the decisions of acceptance for any replacement/ return orders.

Changes of Terms & Conditions

All Terms & Conditions may change from time to time. It is purchasers responsibility to read carefully before placing any order.

訂購條款

當我們經網站收到你的訂單, 我們會經電郵或whatsapp 聯絡你。

寄貨細則:

所有貨品均會採用順豐速運(到付運費)寄出。
必須提供姓名及聯絡電話。
我們會以電郵或Whatsapp通知運單號。
本店有權向任何人士拒絕提供任何形式的寄貨服務。

換貨或退貨

當確認訂單后並付款后, 客戶不能取消訂單。所有己付款項亦不設退還。
如貨品有缺貨, 我們將於7個工作日內將費用退回給客戶。
如在收到貨品時發現有損壞, 需於收到貨品2 天內通知我們安排換貨/退貨, 逾期恕不受理。
必須憑單辦理換貨/退貨, 每件貨品只限退換一次 (必須為同款產品) 。
我們將視乎貨源或其他原因安排退貨/換貨並致電通知客戶。
本店保留所有決定退換貨之最終權利。
